I am beginning to think that posting everyday is getting repetitive for you readers! It is getting repetitive for me also. If there is anything you would want to hear about please leave a comment or contact me under the All About Me tab. There really isn't too much I can change in our routine right now because of the cold weather and all the snow has turned to ice. We also try not to go out of the house too many days, the kids would rather stay home instead of being too busy, which is nice.
The day has gone as usual with iPad games and the kids randomly playing pretend games. Sometimes when the kids are playing on their iPads they go through so many games it is hard to keep track. They are always deleting and installing different games, usually from games they have already played. The kids know that they can only download games that are free or are already on the cloud. This morning P was playing his Littlest Pet Shop game while D was watching a Strawberry Shortcake show. P then played a Turbo Fast game and D played with her Princess dolls. She has her favorite, Aurora, and my favorite, Ariel. They both then proceeded to play a Strawberry Shortcake bake shop game on their iPads. P switched to Angry Birds and Angry Bird Star Wars on his iPad. D grabbed the LeapPad and played some Princess music to dance to. That girl loves to dance. When she was finished dancing we both listened to the princess music and played Hi-Ho Cherry-O. D got out the Chinese checkers and all three of us played. D can't sit through a game like that yet to the finish so P and I ended up finishing the game while D relaxed in her chair. After Chinese checkers I built a fort in the living room for the kids to play in while I went and did my stuff. They love playing in forts but the living room fort can only stay up while the dog is put away, otherwise it gets wrecked within minutes. There has been a fort in P's room for the kids to sleep in for at least a month I believe. P read Batman: Dawn of the Dynamic Duo and did some addition practice with the Math Fact Master App for his learning activities that he is to do daily. D played Disney Junior on her computer in the fort. P played Super Hero Squad on his computer and Sonic Colors on his 3DS in the fort. The kids then played Mario Cart Wii together. Dad usually jumped in and helped D out a little since she falls behind. The kids disappeared into their bedrooms for awhile and played together. When they came down they brought a remote control car and was racing it around making up their own games. We ended the day by cleaning up the school room floor and the living room since making a fort left a mess. D leaves a mess all around all the time also so this helped catching up on that mess too. Then we watched Super Hero Squad and played on our iPads. The kids are now in bed watching shows on their iPads.
