Last weeks meal plan didn't make it up because I was pretty busy at the time. Here are some of the recipes that we have made this past week.
Now here is what is on the menu for this week! This is the first week in a while that I don't have any meals transferring over from the previous week.
In next weeks meal plan I will start adding in any modifications that I made to the meals from the previous week, I already know that there will be a few.

With eating left overs and our local Pizza Hut finally reopening I have one meal that transfers over from last week. If there is a meal that isn't perishable then I tend to leave it for last if possible just incase it isn't needed and can transfer to the following week.
Roll over meal: Instant Pot Honey Garlic Pork Chops, Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole Husbands day to grill: Hamburgers, Bacon Broccoli Salad Cinco de Mayo church pot luck: Mexican Street Corn Dip w/tortilla chips Cinco de Mayo dinner: Instant Pot Mexican Pizza, Mexican Rice French Toast, Bacon, Eggs Hawaiian Haystacks Vegan Bolognese, pasta Instant Pot Greek Yogurt, we use this for sour cream and a yogurt snack (add natural jelly for sweet fruity flavors) Modification from last week: Ginger Chicken Asparagus Stir Fry turned into putting the chicken and asparagus on the grill using the ginger sauce on the chicken as a glaze. Instead of rice we had a side salad. Here is our meal plan for the week. I plan from Friday to Thursday, this helps me make sure we have food in the house on the weekends when the hubby is most likely to be home. I also only plan 6 meals instead of 7 because I know for sure we will be eating left overs or out of the house at least once during the week. I am putting the link to the recipes here also, just click on the underlined meals and it will take you there.
